Becoming a PRO-KNOT Online Internet Affiliate
How to Apply?
To become a PRO-KNOT Online Affiliate please read the entire Internet Affiliate Agreement. If you agree to all of the terms and conditions click "I Agree". Then fill out the application that you will be directed to. Finally, submit the application.
What is an Internet Affiliate Program?
An Internet Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our web site. By placing these links, visitors to your site have the opportunity to buy our knot cards We pay you a commission for each sale that is referred from your site.

How does the PRO-KNOT Online Internet Affiliate program work?
You place links made by our Affiliate Code Generator on your Web site. Each time a customer clicks to our site from yours and makes a purchase, you'll earn a percentage of the sale. There is no charge to apply and we'll send you a check monthly for a percentage of all sales you referred to our site, provided that your account is owed more than $50. If not, we'll roll your balance until you reach $50.
What does it cost to join?
There is no cost to join the PRO-KNOT Online Internet Affiliate Program and you can
cancel at any time.
Is my site web site eligible to become an Internet Affiliate?
Most sites will qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may submit an application, but we reserve the right to refuse any site containing objectionable material, including pornography, explicit language or content, or support for violent or discriminatory groups. We also reserve the right to revoke a site's membership at any time.
Can a Web site based outside of the United States be an Internet Affiliate?
Yes. We welcome Internet Affiliates from anywhere in the world; however, customers that buy from our site must pay in U.S. Dollars. All commission payment checks to Internet Affiliates are in U.S. Dollars.
Can I link my site to PROKNOT.com and to other online outdoor
retailers at the same time?
Yes, you can have links with other online outdoor retailers.
Will you promote my site?
No, currently we do not promote Internet Affiliate sites.
Do I have to build an online store?
No, all you need to do is link directly to our site.
How do I create links to proknot.com?
Once your application has been approved, we will provide you with a link to a login page for your affiliate account. There you will be able to select various banner(s) to place on your site that link back to proknot.com. The link generating process has been designed to simplify code generation.
Can I use the proknot.com name and logo on my site?
Yes, but you cannot alter our logos in any way. You'll find the Banner/Links section on our site. The selection of logos and banners will be updated regularly.
Can I include your content on my site?
No, please include only the links we make available to you..
How much will I be paid?
You will earn a 25% commission of final net sales (for more information, (please see our Internet Affiliate Agreement).
How do you know that the order came from me?
All links from your site to proknot.com contain a unique referrer ID. Every time a customer comes to us via your site, we know to credit your site. This is why it is so important for you to use the Banner/Links tool to create the links.
When will I be paid?
You'll be paid monthly, provided you have earned the minimum $50. If you join in February, your first check would be processed at the end of March. If you have not earned the minimum amount, the amount due will be rolled into the next month or until you reach $50.
How will I monitor my sales?
You will be able to access a variety of reports through your account. These reports are updated regularly. These reports can be generated daily, weekly or monthly.
I operate more than one web site. Can you track them separately but
pay me with one commission check?
Yes. You can have multiple sites under one Affiliate account. You do not need to submit separate URLs (or pages) within the same site or domain. If you do not want separate reports for separate sites, you can use the same code on all sites. If you would like to get separate reports for each site, send the name and URLs to affiliates@proknot.com with "Track Separately" in the subject and we will add them to your profile. This will allow you to create links specifically for each site and get separate reports under one account.
Are there sales quotas?
We do not require Internet Affiliates to meet sales quotas, however, you will not receive a commission check until your account meets the $50 threshold.
